ROLE: UX Research & Design
Salant ID Studio has maintained a longstanding professional partnership with Synamedia, collaborating on a diverse array of products across multiple projects. This enduring relationship represents one of the studio's lengthiest affiliations.
Throughout my involvement with this client, I've contributed to several projects encompassing various products and services. In this section, I will provide an in-depth account of one particular project, wherein my role was pivotal. This project involved conducting extensive competitor research, which entailed evaluating more than 30 products, followed by the detailed UX wireframes of a central flow. The focal point of this undertaking revolved around optimizing the user onboarding process within the SaaS system, specifically the getting started flow.

Making list of compatitors
The primary objective of the study was to gain insights into how various SAAS products, spanning diverse domains, facilitate a seamless and user-friendly onboarding process. Key aspects that prompted this investigation encompassed the following:
1
Efficient Presentation of Information: The need to present information in a clear, concise, and easily comprehensible manner to users.
2
User Activation: Ensuring that users are prompted to take their initial actions within the system in a way that guides them without causing discouragement.
3
Progress Indication: Exploring methods to provide users with a clear sense of their progress in the onboarding process, thereby bolstering motivation to complete it.
4
Process Complexity: Evaluating the optimal number of steps or operations required to streamline the onboarding process.
To prepare a solid research framework, I collaborated with our clients to curate a list of competitors, augmenting it with additional companies selected based on personal familiarity or through comprehensive online research. This meticulous process culminated in a roster of approximately 40 products earmarked for testing and in-depth analysis.

From Research to Wireframes
After a thorough analysis of numerous competitors, I have identified those that appear to be most pertinent to Synamedia products. In this evaluation, I considered the imperative of establishing a congruent process not only within the SAAS product management system but also within each of the individual products. Notably, a key requirement was to facilitate a get started process that could be dynamic and customized to suit the unique attributes of each product.
Our approach involves the utilization of a suite of tools aimed at delivering essential information to the user. This is complemented by motivational elements designed to inspire proactive steps, enabling the user to initiate their journey with a strong sense of support and confidence.
